Arnos Manor Hotel Bristol, located by only 2 miles from the centre of Bristol. The hotel is going through some exciting changes, with an ambitious growth strategy – this is an exciting time to join this fast-paced organisation.

The hotel offers 73 bedrooms, flexible meeting and event space and a popular wedding venue due to its charming chapel. To assist with our growth, we are recruiting for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in running a great kitchen.

We are looking for someone with lots of energy, and previous experience in a similar role, who will hit the ground running.

The Feathers Hotel, Ludlow, SY8 1AA Sous Chef

The Feathers Hotel, Ludlow, Ludlow is a recent addition to Crest Hotel Group.

The hotel is currently going through a phased refurbishment to a tune of £2million, to re-position the property as hotel of choice in Shropshire and surrounding areas. The refurbishment will see an aesthetic makeover of its public areas, destination restaurant, function suite , and 42 bedrooms with complete new plumbing throughout.

We are now looking for someone with lots of energy and previous experience in a similar role, to join the team in readiness for the next phased opening: Feathers Restaurant and Lounge.

Feathers Hotel, Ludlow is a recent addition to Crest Hotel Group.

The hotel is currently going through a phased refurbishment to a tune of £2million, to re-position the property as hotel of choice in Shropshire and surrounding areas.

To assist with our growth, we are looking for a Lounge Team Leader who has a proven background in the hospitality sector and can consistently deliver exceptional standards, in a 4 star deluxe property, aspiring to achieve 2 rosettes in 6 months of opening.

We are looking for a strong leader who possesses exceptional customer service skills, who can ensure that company standards are delivered at all times.

You will need previous experience in a similar role: strong organisational and managerial skills are essential for this role, alongside passion and knowledge for wine, cocktails and lounge service.

As Lounge Team Leader, you will lead the daily operation of our lounge and function bar, which will host weddings and business conferences.

Main duties include:

  • Taking responsibility for stock taking and control;
  • Being responsible for the opening and/or closing of the bar;
  • Training team members;
  • Delivering the highest standards in service and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to motivate the team, as well as delegate tasks: you need to be able to manage and develop a cohesive team that show passion and commitment.

In particular you need to promote strong relationships and good communication between all hotel departments, as this is essential to provide exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a friendly and approachable person who can provide high standard of service and lead by example.

Central Office, Arnos Manor Hotel, Bristol, BS4 3HQ Group Marketing Executive

Crest Hotel Group is a privately owned and managed portfolio of hotels, currently with 4 properties based in Bristol, Ludlow and Liverpool, and more hotels on the horizon.

The group is currently investing in its current portfolio, to re-position itself as a best in class family of hotels, and to assist with our strategic growth, we are looking for a Marketing Executive, working 25 hours per week, on a flexible shift pattern at our Central Office at Arnos Manor Hotel, Bristol.

We are looking for a passionate, organised and IT savvy individual, with a creative flare. You will need previous experience in a similar role: that involves design, social media, and working remotely with a dynamic and hardworking bunch of people.

Main duties include:

  • Working with hotel teams, to develop annual hot dates and rolling 3 monthly marketing initiatives;
  • Be the owner of all social media channels, ensuring tone of voice, engagement and messages are to standard;
  • Being responsible for design and print costs and quality of banners, brochures etc.;
  • Updating review sites, and reporting online sentiment seeking best in class practices;
  • Actively involved in people brand development and communication;
  • Be owner of company websites, ensuring content is correct and relevant;
